These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment and participation in any coaching, consulting, training, mastermind, workshop, membership, or advisory program offered by Alpha Minds Tatvamasi Consulting Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in any program, the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Company provides, including but not limited to:

  • Business coaching
  • Strategic consulting
  • Leadership development
  • Entrepreneur mentoring
  • Workshops and masterclasses
  • Online and offline training programs
  • Membership communities
  • Digital resources and implementation tools

The specific scope, duration, and deliverables of each engagement will be defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, enrollment form, or program brochure.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Full Advance Payment

All program fees must be paid 100% in advance prior to the commencement of the program.

3.2 No Access Without Payment

Access to sessions, resources, implementation tools, and support will be provided only after receipt of full payment

3.3 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our programs.

4.1 100% Money-Back Guarantee

The Client shall be eligible for a 100% refund of the program fee if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The Client attends all scheduled sessions.
  • The Client completes all assigned implementation tasks and action items.
  • The Client actively participates in the program in good faith.
  • The Client demonstrates that all recommended strategies and tools were fully
    implemented.
  • After completing the entire program and implementation process, the Client
    genuinely concludes that the program was below expected standards and did
    not deliver meaningful value.

4.2 Refund Request Timeline

The refund request must be made on the final day of the program, immediately after completion of the last session and before the program is formally closed.

4.3 Immediate On-the-Spot Refund

Upon verification that all eligibility conditions have been fulfilled, the Company shall issue a full refund (100%) immediately on the spot to the Client.

4.4 Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be granted if the Client:

  • Misses one or more sessions.
  • Fails to complete implementation assignments.
  • Does not provide reasonable evidence of implementation.
  • Requests a refund after the program has been formally concluded.
  • Violates these Terms and Conditions.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

  • Attend all sessions punctually.
  • Complete all implementation tasks and assignments.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Use all materials solely for personal or internal business use.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by the Company, including but not limited to:

  • Frameworks
  •  Templates
  •  Workbooks
  • Presentations
  • Videos
  • Recordings
  • Strategic tools
  • Proprietary methodologies

remains the exclusive intellectual property of Alpha Minds Tatvamasi Consulting Private Limited.

The Client may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any materials without prior written consent.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, strategic, financial, or personal information shared during the engagement.

8. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC RESULTS

The Company provides education, coaching, and consulting based on proven frameworks and experience. However, business results depend on numerous factors including execution, market conditions, team capability, and economic circumstances.

Accordingly, the Company does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill.

10. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if the Client:

  • Engages in abusive, unethical, or unlawful conduct.
  • Violates confidentiality obligations.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Disrupts the learning environment.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved amicably through good-faith discussions.

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Language: English
  • Number of Arbitrators: One (1) sole arbitrator appointed by the Company

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts located in Palakkad, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising from these Terms and Conditions.

15. MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be communicated through email, invoice, enrollment forms, or the Company website.

Continued participation in any program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with any proposal, invoice, or enrollment form, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

17. ACCEPTANCE

By making payment and enrolling in any program offered by Alpha Minds Tatvamasi Consulting Private Limited, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
